Everyone has a era.. But this hands down was the prime and at its height, best time to be a skateboarder

DNA boards sold the best at the south jersey skateshop I worked at. Very specific to the area we lived in but Alien and Habitat dominated sales for the #1 spot for a few years. Getting the boards was half the battle from DNA who were great to work with. We'd rip through those boards very fast. Kerry, Bam, and Mike were all really great to skate with and be around. All extremely talented skateboarders and had a front row seat. Very fortunate. The Westend miniramp had zero flat bottom and was really challenging to skate. The best, smallest skatepark and Danny was a character. Always worth the trip up there. Westend, Boards n' Blades, 360 skatespot, cheapskates, More skates were all soo fun.

This is my favourite Skatehoarder episode so far. Thanks for sharing your amazing collection Dave. The way you display them and your passion for the sport is awesome. You've definitely inspired me to extend my modest skateboard collection. Take care 👍

This era of skateboarding was the best. As a videographer during this time I can say this was the pinnacle of skateboarding as a lifestyle.

Maybe I’m crazy but there is something especially nostalgic about night clips. Like they exist outside of time, in a dreamland or something
